Personal information (PIPEDA)

We collect only the information needed to assess, arrange and service your mortgage — identity, corporate, financial and property details. It is shared only with lenders, appraisers and lawyers involved in your file, with your consent.

You may request access to or correction of your personal information at any time by contacting our Privacy Officer.

Credit checks

With your consent, we or a lender may obtain a credit report from Equifax or TransUnion Canada.

Anti-money laundering

We verify identity and beneficial ownership as required by FINTRAC under the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act.

Licence numbers and regulator details will be listed here for each province of operation.
